Core Partnership diary
The Partnership diary needs to have a number of appointment times that clinicians can opt into according to their activity target. These can be organised in three ways:
1. Into set clinics with clinic supervision time.
This occurs in Richmond – there are several Partnership clinics each having its own supervision slot after the clinic and a stable staff group
2. Into set clinics without supervision time.
Probably not as a designated team and the case discussion occurs a separate peer group supervision.
3. In scattered appointments
Clinicians choose appointments to suit them across the team and perhaps sites. Peer group supervision is arranged for another time in the week (as in East Herts. CAMHS).
On each diary clinicians have shown their availability and entered their initials in slots that suit them. The number next to their initials show which Core Partnership offer it is for them that quarter. I.e. for AD it is her 3rd new Core Partnership appointment.
When a Choice clinician books a service user into Core Partnership they enter the person’s name next to a clinician. In the example diary, Jayne Smith sees BR in Choice, who books them in for KP in Core Partnership.
To help with transparency and activity management ensure that each person enters the number of new Core Partnership appointments they need to offer per quarter on a quarterly activity-planning sheet. Insert this into the Core Partnership diary at each quarter boundary to facilitate activity monitoring. Each member of staff then enters their planned activity onto this sheet.
